Yeast diets, candida diets, along with special herbal formulas for combating yeast and candida infections abound. The reason I say Diet has nothing to do with candida overgrowth, is because I have been working with candida for over 20 years and it has came from my experience. It seems sometimes, that diet is the cause because the symptoms seem to go away or at least get better. This does not solve the problem.
We have used our program on individuals who deliberately ate junk food and candy bars and it still works just fine. Candida is a natural organism and it does not overgrow by any changes in diet.

I agree that sweets, refine foods, end etc. May not cause candidia but when I eat chocolate, bread, or diary. I feel so heavy like I can’t help but go to sleep! It’s horrible. I later get headaches breakout, itch everywhere nothing ever helps. I am currently taken an oxygen supplement that helps somewhat I don’t think I am taking enough. I prefer acidophilus in the liquid form. I have taken so many herbs. I must say I really don’t stick to a “candidia diet”.

o, I am a caregiver for a lovely person who is at present taking fluconozole (150mg) three times per day and still has thrush in her mouth.. she also rinses with chlorhexidine mouthwas twice a day when she brushes her teeth and in between times uses a q-tip with a bit of teatree oil mixed with water to clen her toungue. She is tube fed and on a ventilator at night . Would you think that the oxygen increase would be possible for her on tube feedings?

not sure i agree with him…. the cause of candida is poor diet. If you treat the candida with the docs protocol and dont change your diet, than your poor diet will just start causing other problems. Actually thers a connection between weak adrenal glands and candida, which a large percent of the population has some sort of adrenal fatigue. The solution is healing the adrenals.
