			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img src="http://i.ytimg.com/vi/argW5w6s6Ts/2.jpg" align="left">Hokay, so this is easily THE most complicated video Ive EVER made, and its got a  TON of symbolism, meaning, comparison and whatnot, and honestly I expect VERY few people to catch all of it. Im not mad or anything, not even discouraged, I just know that I have a younger fan base who have yet to be exposed  to or challenged to this kind of thinking yet. Most of them still get  on a very surface level. Then again, Im the one who reads deep into mother ing shonen explosion sword and boob happy BLEACH, so Im the opposite end of that spectrum right there -_- Im only explaining the stuff you probably wouldnt catch on your own. For those of you who DO catch it without explanation, a whole plate of sugar cookies shaped like chakrams for you!! <img src='http://www.managingdesign.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /><br />
OVERALL SYMBOLISM<br />
What this video is is a comparrison between the friendships: Sora, Riku, and Kairi, and Axel and Roxas. Sora, Riku, and Kairi have a healthy, give and take, equal love all around kind of friendship, and when Riku goes nucking futs, Kairi and Sora do what friends do and bring him BACK and forgive him. When Roxas goes nucking futs, Axel tries to reach out to him, but Roxas runs away which causes Axel to fall into a downward spiral that leads to his demise. Basically, Main 3= Good friends, Roxas = bad friend.<br />
Less generic explanation of actual clip selection, synch, and order and whatnot:<br />
1. 1:01- Ansems hand stretching out/ Rikus hand stretching out. Just a reminder from Ansem to Riku that, look buddy, youre the one that asked for the darkness in the first place and youve no one but yourself to blame.<br />
2. 1:30- He finally redeems himself by not being afraid, and accepting his friends help and reaching out in turn for them and LITERALLY putting everything on the line for them.<br />
3. 2:02-2:42 montage- All this leads to Roxas realizing his entire life is a lie and being SERIOUSLY ed, and then rejecting everything in his life, even his best friend, to find the truth, just like Riku did. He also has a best friend who would literally DIE for him, but unlike Riku, he doesnt figure that out before its too late.<br />
4. 2:52- 3:15-  The line Whatever may cross our path, I&#039;ll keep this love alive is Axel being so ing DESPERATE to get his friend back that hes willing to resort to whatever means necessary, even killing him, to preserve what they once had. Im sure youve all grown distant from a good friend at one point or another and were so devastated you felt like youd give ANYTHING to get the good times back; if you havent, I envy you . Okay, its not a ROMANTIC love people, you all love your bestie, I know you do, dont deny it. Just because you love your bestie doesnt mean you IN love with them. I love my bestie and I would gladly die for her, but I dont want gay babies with her. Okay? Simple as that -_- Also, note that the phrase a moth drawn to the flame means youre bringing about your own demise, so for the line Im drawn to you like a moth is to the flame about Axel, means that this friendship is literally killing him. Hence the clip where he cries.<br />

<br />I have a smooth and silk hair and everyone seems to say that. I think that too frequent of shampoo wasn&#39;t good for your hair. My recomendation to you is get a stylist to get some advices and find out what is your hair problem. From there, you will know how to treat your hair instead of putting something that will not guarantee that your hair will become smooth and shiny. For shiny hair, i would recomend you to put some serum after hair washing which will give you extra shiny and UV protection. For my opinion, the way you wash your hair and the right shampoo is very important. Firstly, find out your hair problem. From there, buy a suitable shampoo that suit your hair after doing research or ask the stylist&#39;s opinion. I would recomended &quot; Tresemme&quot;. When you wash your hair, make sure you massage into your scalp until bubbles come out, so that your scalp will be cleaned totally. Don&#39;t focus on your hair. It is because the purpose of shampoo is to clean your scalp. Then, rinse off with warm water, and put on conditioner. Focus on hair especially at the hair end. leave it for 2-3mins, then rinse off with cold water. Make sure in the washing hair process, don&#39;t use hot water. It will cause your hair droping. After washing your hair, squeeze out the water from your towel without rubbing it, so that it will prevent your hair from frizzle. Followed by, comb your hair with a big comb. For comb, you have to find out which comb is suitable for your hair depending on your hair texture and length. After that, put on serum. Cut your hair once in a 6 weeks to prevent split end. If you followed what i said you will see an improvement in your hair.  All the best for you and thanks you.</p>

<br />Feeling confused and uneasy is perfectly normal in any new job. The dynamics of being unsettled will likely continue until you get a clear sense of what your daily workload looks like, and how you can manage the expectations of the job into your daily way of doing business.  </p>
<p>What to do. Hmm you are doing good stuff by being in touch with your feelings.  Here are some options until you feel more settled: </p>
<p>1.  Journal about your feelings.<br />
2.  Begin and end each day with a to do and &quot;to done&quot; list what is priority, what must be done next and baby step your way to a productive work environment.<br />
3. Seek a mentor&#8211; someone in your field who has been there and done what you are doing.  They can advise you through the tough spots.<br />
4.  Join a Career Support Group in your industry.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was a vegetarian twice, both for about a year, the first time i ate eggs and dairy products. the second time i added fish. my problem is that i feel healthier when i cut meat out, but i gain weight. how can i feel healthy and not gain so much weight?<br />
<br />You cannot simply substitute high-fat dairy products (i.e. cheese and eggs) for meat. You need to stick with lean proteins like fish, egg whites  and soy products. You also need to be careful not to replace meat with high carbohydrate foods like bread and pasta. I&#039;ve been a vegetarian for five years now and until a year ago was heavier than I had ever been. I&#039;ve since lost about 50 pounds by reducing carbohydrates and making sure most of my fats are monounsturated fats from olive/canola oil and nuts. The most important thing, though is to drink LOTS of water and eat LOTS of vegetables.</p>

Anybody else has gone through this? I really need some advise.<br />
<br />Wait a minute, just back up from this situation and breaaattthh&#8230;. Okay, now you&#39;re calm right.  I have read a lot of information about gestational diabetes. I am 32 weeks pregnant, when I took the one hour glucose tolerance test (at 26 weeks) I was told that I failed and I would have to take the three hour test. I had a wait about a week and half before I could take this test, but I was nervous because I thought that I very well could have this condition. I decided to arm myself with information. First off, be glad that you know you have the condition, because now you can do everything in your power to educate yourself and have the healthy happy baby you are meant to have. I read that most pregnant women that have GD still have a healthy baby and a successful birthing. You will have to follow a special diet and up the anty on your exercise to keep your insulin controlled. But you will do this anyway because you love your unborn child and you want the best for he/she. You can still make your pregnancy the most enjoyable experience of your life if you just change your point of view. Remember knowledge is power, you should join babycenter.com. It&#39;s free and chalk full of advise about pregnancy and parenting. You can also chat with soon to be moms about issues of pregnancy including GD. <p>1. Good diet<br />
 1.1. Get more fiber.<br />
 1.2. More fruits and vegies on your diet. - Start each dinner with a mixed green salad. Not only will it help reduce your appetite for more caloric foods, but it also will automatically add veggies to your meal.<br />
 1.3. Reducing fat and salt intake, cutting down on sugar.Low fat and low-salt for you dear.<br />
 1.4.  Try spices and seasonings instead of salt.<br />
 1.5. Take a multivitamin.<br />
 1.6. For every cup of coffee you drink, drink a glass of water. Or just lessen down your coffee.<br />
 1.7. Try nonfat milk instead of whole. It has 100 less calories in every 2 cups.<br />
 1.8. Keep a stock of low calorie snacks on hand: cut up carrots, cucumber, pretzels, nonfat popcorn.<br />
 1.9. Be wary of white foods&#8211; bagels, potatoes, breads, pasta and rice.<br />
 1. 10. Eat the skin on your baked potato.<br />
 1. 11. Don&#39;t eat the skin on your chicken.<br />
 1. 12. Don&#39;t eat after 8:00 pm.<br />
 1. 13. Balance your food choices—don&#39;t eat too much of one thing.<br />
 1. 14. Read nutrition labels.</p>
<p>2. Exercise - Work up a sweat.<br />
 2.1.Take the stairs, not the elevator.<br />
 2.2. Commit to walking 10 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes at night.<br />
 2.3. Do a slow burn workout in strength training and see if less is more.<br />
 2.4. Cut your lunch hour in half and use those extra 30-minutes for a walk.<br />
 2.5. Take a hike.<br />
 2.6. Take your family on regular walks.<br />
 2.7. Dance with your children and friends.<br />
 2.8.  Keep an exercise journal to track your progress and focus on your goals.<br />
 2.9. Do a squat every time you pick something up. Instead of bending over in the usual way, which stresses the lower back, bend your knees and squat. This forces you to use your leg muscles and will build strength.<br />
 2.10. Every time you stop at a traffic light, tighten your thighs and butt muscles and release as many times as you can.  This will firm leg and buttock muscles, improve blood flow &#8212; and keep you mildly amused! </p>
<p>Others<br />
 3.1. Quit smoking.<br />
 3.2. Put moisturizer on your hands and feet before you go to bed every night. - Use skin cream with SPF15 on your hands to prevent wrinkles and spots.<br />
 3.3. When you&#39;re feeling stressed, smile and take a few deep breaths.<br />
 3.4. Brush your teeth after every meal.<br />
 3.5. Floss every day.<br />
 3.6. Get 8 hours of sleep regularly.<br />
 3.7.Take a nap.<br />
 3.8. Wash your hands frequently-Be a germ stopper!<br />
 3.9. Get a facial and spa.<br />
 3.10. Get a pedicure.<br />
 3.11. Take a relaxing bath rather than a quick shower.<br />
 3.12. Look for walks, runs, health screenings and other healthy events in your community.<br />
 3.13.Meditate.</p>
